Confirming completed work & the door code
How to confirm a job is done — and how that releases the provider's payment.
When a provider finishes and the AI quality review passes, the job moves to 'Awaiting your confirmation'. Review the photos and tap Confirm to release the payment from escrow to the provider.
The door code
Each job has a one-time 6-digit door code shown in your app. You can give it to the provider on completion as an in-person confirmation — entering it instantly confirms the job and releases payment.
If you don't respond, the job auto-confirms after a set window (72 hours by default) so a completed job never leaves the provider unpaid. You can always raise a dispute before that window ends.
