Approvals: what happens after you report
Why some jobs start instantly and others wait for a manager.
After AI triage, a job is either auto-approved or sent to your property manager. This is decided by SLA rules your manager sets — typically a price ceiling per category. If the AI's estimate is under the limit and the safety risk is low, the job proceeds automatically. Otherwise a human reviews it first.
Example: plumbing jobs under £300 auto-approve, but electrical work always needs manager sign-off because of the safety risk.
