What the Care Score on your home means and how it's calculated.
Care Score is a simple, at-a-glance measure of how well your home is being looked after — how quickly issues are resolved, whether anything is overdue, and how recent maintenance has gone. A higher score means fewer open issues and faster resolutions. It's a guide, not a grade.
