SYS Coins explained
What coins are, how to buy them, and what you can spend them on.
SYS Coins are HelpLink's in-app credit for providers. They live on the 'digital rail', completely separate from your cash earnings. Coins are spend-only: you buy them and spend them inside the app, but they are never cashed out to your bank.
Buying coins
Coins are purchased through the app stores (Apple In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing) in packs — for example a 300-coin pack with bonus coins. Prices shown are your store's localised prices. Purchases are validated on our server before coins are credited.
Spending coins
- Settle commission you owe (see 'Commission & settling with coins').
- Perks and visibility boosts.
Because coins are digital goods, by Apple and Google rules they must be bought via in-app purchase — not by card on the website. The website shows your coin balance and history but doesn't sell coins.
Frequently asked
Can I convert coins back to cash?
No. Coins are spend-only in-app credit and cannot be withdrawn or refunded to cash.
Are coins the same as my earnings?
No. Earnings are real money paid to your bank via Stripe. Coins are a separate digital balance and the two are never combined.
