What Pro Plus includes, how auto-renew works, and how to manage or cancel.
Pro Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription for providers that pays for itself if you take regular work. It includes:
- A lower commission rate on every job (e.g. 8% instead of the 12% base).
- A monthly grant of SYS coins.
- Visibility boosts and priority placement in matching.
Pro Plus is sold as an in-app subscription (Apple/Google), available monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel, and the price, period, and renewal terms are shown on the paywall before you subscribe.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings — your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Your subscription status in HelpLink is kept in sync by the stores via secure server notifications.
