How providers get paid (collecting money)

The service rail: from job completion to money in your bank.

Real job payments run on the 'service rail'. The customer's money sits in escrow during the job. When the job is confirmed, the platform releases your share — the job total minus commission — and transfers it to your connected payout account.

  • Complete the job and pass quality review.
  • Customer confirms (or the job auto-releases after the confirmation window).
  • Escrow releases your net amount to your Stripe payout account.
  • Stripe settles the funds to your bank on its payout schedule.
Coins are a completely separate thing from your earnings — see 'SYS Coins'. Your real money (earnings/payouts) is never mixed with coins anywhere in the app.
