Where to see everything, and how cards are stored — with the two-rail rule.
The Billing center is your single view of money: your coin balance, your subscription, and your cash activity (escrow holds, releases, payouts, refunds, and commission). Coins (a whole-number balance) and cash (currency amounts) are always shown separately and never added together.
Payment methods
Payers (tenants or the managing organisation) add a card for escrow authorisation. Cards are tokenised by the payment processor — HelpLink stores only a safe reference (brand and last four digits), never the full card number.
The two rails never mix: the digital rail (coins/subscriptions via store IAP) and the service rail (job payments/escrow via Stripe) have separate balances and separate ledgers.
