The app at a glance
What each tab does for your role, and the icons and signals you'll see.
Your bottom tabs change with your role. A few signals appear throughout the app:
- ✦ (spark) marks something generated or assisted by AI.
- A pulse ring is a live SLA clock counting down to your response deadline.
- A dashed border means a value is an estimate, not a final figure.
Tenants get Home, Requests, and Profile. Providers get Today, Offers, Earnings, and Profile. Managers get Pulse, Jobs, Payments, and Profile. The Help center is always available from Profile → Settings.
