En route, the on-site checklist, materials, and uploading completion photos.
Once you accept, mark yourself en route so the customer gets an ETA. On site, work through the job checklist:
- Upload a 'before' photo and verify the issue.
- Log any materials used (these can be tracked against an approved budget).
- Complete the work and upload an 'after' photo.
- Mark the job complete to trigger the AI quality review.
Clear before/after photos speed up the quality review and customer confirmation — which means you get paid faster.
