How completed work is checked before the customer confirms.
When you mark a job done, the AI reviews your completion evidence (photos, checklist, notes) against the original issue. A pass moves the job to the customer for confirmation. If something looks off, the job can be sent for rework or escalated to a human — protecting both you and the customer and keeping your rating healthy.
